Uses for La Estrellita Salsas

Guacamole – to mashed avocados, add red or green salsa for an extra good dip, continue adding salsa till it suits your taste. Sour cream may also be added.

Chili con Queso – Cut Velveeta cheese into squares, mix with the vegetarian green chili, microwave or put in crock pot for a cheesy dip with a kick. Pour over fries for chili cheese fries.

Mexican style spaghetti sauce – add 1/3 to ½ jar of the green salsa to your favorite spaghetti sauce with or without hamburger. Pour over cooked noodles. Taste the difference.

Enchiladas – Fry your corn or flour tortillas, until soft, drain on paper towels. Add shredded chicken/beef or browned hamburger or for cheese enchiladas fill tortilla with chopped onions and shredded Mild cheddar cheese. Roll filled tortillas and place on baking sheet. Pour our enchilada sauce over rolled tortillas, sprinkle with more cheese and onions. Bake until cheese is melted. Serve with Spanish rice and refried beans and you have a delicious meal.

Vegetarian Green Chili – warm our sauce and use over eggs, rellenos, tamales, chicken, shredded beef or to smother a burrito. Adds extra flavor to your favorite foods.
